Anyways, since I'm a single lady (wuh uh oh uh uh oh oh uh oh uh uh oh), and having twins isn't an option the moment, the next best thing for me to do besides daydream about my future twinsies is to make cakes for people who have had twinsies of their own! This cake in particular was for two twin boys, which you probably already figured out by the colors. I saw basically the same idea online for twin cakes, which was two babies on a cake, either in a stroller, lying on their backs, or more commonly, bottoms up. But personally, the idea of putting a face on a cake or just a human being in general, has never been appealing to me. So I decided upon two sets of baby footprints and minimal piping decorations, for a nice clean look but still symbolic of the birth of twins.
In the future, I'd really like to learn how to pipe letters better. I'm still not a hundred percent satisfied with how my writing comes out, but I guess it's just something that is mastered with practice. So, I will keep at this and hopefully see improvement in future cakes.
