Eid Creations Review and Giveaway!

Happy third day of Eid y'all! I hope those of you that are celebrating are having an awesome time! I really wanted this post to go up on the first day of Eid, but wow was this past weekend a whirlwind of events. All my carefully thought out plans of what I would do on the days leading up to Eid went right down the drain. We didn't even get to make any Algerian sweets this year, and that is like an abomination in the face of the universe.

We did make cupcakes though, as a last minute thing. Unfortunately, last minute things don't usually involve daylight, which means my plan to make cupcakes and present them in these adorable cupcake wrappers/toppers on Eid day would be virtually impossible. Fortunately, I ended up being invited to a Eid party that specifically requested cupcakes be my plus one, so all was good in the world again.

So, these cupcake wrappers you see here, they're from this awesome company known as Eid Creations. It's basically every Muslim's dream party supply store. Let's face it, Party City and other local party supply stores don't cater to Muslim holidays. And the kind people over at Eid Creations noticed that we were feeling a little left out, so they dedicated their time and talent to creating everything from paper products to balloons and decorations for Eid.

I was given the opportunity to test out their cupcake wrappers and I have to say, I am super pleased. For starters, I love the heavy duty material the wrappers and toppers are made of. They could stand up to anything. Secondly, they're really easy to assemble. I made a little diagram for you guys but I'm sure you could figure it out on your own, no instructions needed.

It's as simple as sliding a tab into a slit. From there, you can put your cupcake in the wrapper and frost it, or you can frost your cupcake and put it in the wrapper. The first might be a little easier if you don't have a steady hand, but honestly, I got all my decorated cupcakes in the wrappers without any trouble. The wrappers are very wide, so there's a lot of room to fit your fingers in there.

Another plus about the wrappers is they make transportation super easy. You don't have to worry about the cupcakes bumping into each other or toppling over because the wrappers hold them in place. When you're ready to eat, you just push the cupcake up from the bottom and since these really don't get dirty at all, you could probably even use them again! That's just the super saver in me talking though. Don't let me keep you from buying packs and packs of these; they are really unexpensive!

But nothing is more unexpensive than free, so, in the spirit of Eid, I'm giving one of you wonderful readers a pack of cupcake toppers for zero dollars! Yay!
