Cookies for Kids' Cancer: Best Bake Sale Cookbook Giveaway!
You guys did it! 135 Facebook likes and counting! As promised, I'm here with a super cool giveaway--the Cookies for Kids' Cancer Best Bake Sale Cookbook!
What is Cookies for Kids' Cancer? Well, I'm glad you asked. It's an organization that was founded in 2008 by Gretchen Holt-Witt, a mother inspired by her 2 year old son's battle with pediatric cancer. Her goal was to raise awareness and money to support pediatric cancer research, as she discovered that the reason so many kids die from this cancer is mainly because of a lack of funding to test effective treatments.
So how would she raise the money? Well, through bake sales, of course. The huge success of her first bake sale in which she sold 96,000 cookies and raised over $400,000 led to the founding of Cookies for Kids Cancer. And since then, bake sales have been held all across the U.S. to support this great cause.

Last year, Gretchen released the Cookies for Kids Cancer: Best Bake Sale Cookbook to expand her efforts. Not only is this cookbook packed with delicious tried and tested recipes for cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc, but it also includes amazing stories of bake sales held all over the country and even tips to hosting your own successful bake sale.
