Gingerbread Cookie Dough Fudge

The holidays just aren't complete without some delicious fudge to indulge in, and boy, do I have a one-of-a-kind fudge recipe for you today! It's gingerbread cookie dough flavored and its warm, spicy flavors just scream Christmas!

And get this--you don't need a candy thermometer to make it, or even a stove! Just a microwave will do, and it's ready in less than 40 minutes! How awesome is that? You know I'm all about no muss no fuss fudge, as seen here and here, so this is one more for the arsenal!

It sets up soft and chewy and it's incredibly yummy! AND it makes a great homemade holiday gift. Wrap it up in parchment paper, tie with some festive string, and hand it out to family and friends. I guarantee it'll be quite the hit!

Ingredients:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
One 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz. white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons molasses

Directions:

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.

Pour condensed milk, chocolate chips, and molasses into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in thirty second increments, stirring in between increments, until chocolate is completely melted.

Swiftly stir heated condensed milk mixture into dry ingredients, until well-incorporated. Do this as quickly as you can, as the mixture will get very thick and start to set.

Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, before cutting into squares and serving.
