As you can see, I pretty much carry a water bottle with me everywhere I go. Gym, work, shopping trips, etc. I recently got my hands on this super duper cool water bottle from Walmart. It's the all-new Brita water bottle with a built-in filter. Come again? YES you guys, it has a built in filter so you can fill up water from any sink, fountain, or tap water source that's close by! How nifty is that?

I especally love that you have to "sip" the water out. Studies show that drinking from a straw helps you drink larger amounts of water in a shorter period of time. I'm not sure why or how, but it's definitely true. This is something I noticed on my own and then I started reading about how it's a real thing!


I'll definitely be needing this bottle to stay hydrated during upcoming Ramadan nights so I'm super glad I found it! The bottles are located in the hardware section of Walmart, so pick one up and let me know how you like it.
